Alex Harkins has been in the Automotive Industry for over 3 decades. He began his career at age 18 and before his 20th birthday he had established himself as the number one salesperson at the General Motors dealership he worked for and one of the top sales consultants in the country. Over the next decade Alex, successfully established himself as an innovative thinker having great success in all levels for management from F&I, Sales, GSM and General Manager.

After attending a workshop by Grant Cardone in 1992, Alex began to implement Grant’s sales process at the dealership where he was the General Sales Manager. The results were dramatic and surprisingly fast, increased closing ratios, CSI, overall profitability, and the overall culture of the dealership. Inspired by Grant’s ideas and the effectiveness of his process, Alex decided to start his own sales training company in 1999 where he worked with hundreds of sales people, dealerships and various OEMs across the nation.
