In-Dealership Training
Our in-dealership training program is fully customized to your individual goals and needs, and is facilitate by one of our senior specialists. We start this process with an executive meeting with your senior management team to identify where you feel the opportunities lie. We then conduct staff interviews with your sales and management team to communicate your goals and outline the training action plan. The frequency of the training days are based on your requirements, typically monthly or bi-monthly.
